Sayeman Beach Resort has been awarded as the highest VAT payer in 2022 Cox’s Bazar.
Lands Minister Saifuzzaman Chowdhury Javed gave the award to Sayeman Beach Resort Managing Director Mahboob Rahman Ruhel at an event held at Chattogram World Trade Centre.
NBR and local tax officials were present during the award-giving event.

Sayeman Beach Resort was honored to receive not only one but three awards at the 2022 edition of the South Asia Travel Awards in the Maldives. The awards are rewarded for Leading Surf Resort, Leading Family Resort, and Leading Beach Resort categories. Sayeman Beach Resort, Cox’s Bazar was awarded “Leading Beach Resort” in South Asia on 20th September 2019 in Galle, Sri Lanka by South Asia Travel Award. The leading travel, tourism and hospitality Winners of South Asia from Maldives, Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh was announced in a Grand Gala Celebration at the Amari, Galle, Sri Lanka on 20th of September 2019.
